Terrível experiência

Foi a pior experiência que tivemos, aranhas, pernilongos, lençóis sujos, não tomei café, cheio de moscas, não havia lugar para sentar, comida horrível, atendimento grosseiro, não podiamos sair do hotel, havia carro atrapalhando nossa saída, simplesmente uma droga de serviços, enfim, nunca mais neste mísero hotel.

Já fiquei nesse hotel outras vezes, e foi muito bom ,porém a penúltima vez que fiquei já me decepcionei, agora recente, achei péssimo, quarto sem estrutura, higiene ruim, infelizmente, vou ter que procurar outro na próxima vez. Obrigado

O hotel nao funcionava bem o aquecedor. |Apia do banhiro vazava agua para os lados. Na janta nao tinha o prato que gostaria de comer. No cafe da manha nao tinha nem queijo e nem presunto, alem de uma maquina para esquentar o pao. as coisas servidas estavam congeladas.

No geral foi legal, mas algumas coisas como sugestão: o vaso sanitário estava desencaixado do chão, o banho quente demora demais a esquentar enquanto gasta água, tem um abajur no quarto mas a lâmpada não acende, tem tomada atrás da cama (deve ser para apagar a luz) mas não funciona, as camas afundam no meio (acredito que a espuma perdeu a densidade) e o café da manhã não era bom. Sem variedades, como pão com patê (como de costume em outros hotéis da cidade), pão francês, pão de milho e etc.

Me hospedei nesse hotel no dia 02/03, gostei bastante do quarto que ficamos, mas na volta da viagem dia 09 fui novamente e o quarto que ficamos n estava nada legal, menor, a limpeza não estava legal, o chuveiro passou a noite inteira pingando e de 1:30 da manhã outros hóspedes tentaram abrir nosso quarto, o café da manhã tb é bastante fraco!!

O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, são super educados e cativantes, porém as instalações do hotel no geral estão bem fracas roupas de cama e toalhas bem desgastadas, travesseiros muito velhos, a higiene do quarto muito meia boca e a do banheiro horrível muito sujo tanto as paredes como o chão, não tive coragem de tomar banho com os pés no chão
