Welcome to Brick By The Bridge. A comfortable, newly remodeled 4 bed / 2 bath home with private pool (May-Sept). New washer/dryer, tile flooring and bathroom vanities. The house is conveniently located within minutes of all major attractions. 1.7 miles to the NRG Bridge. Safe 5-minute walk across pedestrian bridge right into Historic Fayetteville. Deck around pool, grill, patio and fire pit with large private fenced-in yard. Fully-equipped kitchen. Central heat/air. High speed internet with WiFi. Owner/Host not responsible for internet and power outages due to weather and conditions beyond Owner/Host control. No booking refund due to loss of internet and power outages due to weather and conditions beyond Owner/Host control. 65” TV, DVD player with large selection of movies, pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, board games and books available too.
Ring Cam System monitors front entrance, small patio and big patio/pool areas for safety and security.
Discount for extended stays may be considered.

Convenient
The home was very close to rafting, atv, bridge walk and zip lining. It was nice to be able to cross the bridge to walk to restaurants. We had 5 people and it was perfect for us. Kitchen was nicely stocked, note there were no paper products in the kitchen. House was clean and welcome bag was a nice touch! Thanks for a great base for our trip.

Beautiful area and home
We really enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville and the house had everything we could have needed and more. There were great restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and beautiful views all around. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We were hoping to get more hiking in but the weather wasn't cooperating with us. We still found plenty to keep us busy and had a great time!

I would highly recommend staying at this home. Not only is it clean and nicely decorated but attention was given to many details to make your stay enjoyable. It's easily one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

Lodging for a Rafting Trip
This property was perfect for us (5 adults). It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located for our trip New River Gorge NP. Also very conveniently located for our rafting trip on the Upper Gauley. It was a little cool to take advantage of the swimming pool but it would have been a great bonus in the warmer months. We had zero issues... no complaints. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect Stay!
It was such a perfect stay for all of us! A sleepover/quick trip in West Virginia made such a relaxing stay! The pool made it very refreshing and had a very great vibes to just chill with fam/friends. Chris (home owner) was very helpful and very accommodating! I super recommend to stay here! We would love to come back next time!

The Perfect house for a long weekend
We were in the area for hiking and whitewater rafting. After a long day in the heat, the pool was a refreshing end to the day! The neighborhood was quiet, but very close to the quaint town where we ate a couple of times and hit the ice cream parlor. Overall, a perfect long weekend!

Brick by the Bridge 2023
Location of this property was great for New River activities! The property was very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. There was soap available for both people and dishes. The was a bag of ice in the freezer also. We found these to be nice touches. We had six large/tall adults for our stay and I would note that not all of us were comfortable sleeping given the size of the beds.
