「The hotel and grounds are very clean. We stayed in a suite which was modern and clean as well. The king sized bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. We booked through Expedia which was very easy and fast. This hotel is very close to UNC Chapel Hill and many good restaurants. We will definitely stay here in the future.」

「I spent one night only in my room. I left behind my cane which I need to walk any distance. Called that afternoon. Susan at front desk said “no cane.” Could she please have someone check the room ? “No. “ I said I would drive back 40 minutes now but tomorrow it would be 90 minutes each way. “Call back tomorrow.” I asked if I could speak to a MGR. “No. No Mgr today. Call back tomorrow. “ Would Hilton like to buy me a new cane ? “Call back tomorrow. “」

「Great place to stay when visiting UNC」

「The location was great.」

「The staff were super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast basic stuff but clean. Property is a bit outdated and maybe needs updating but overall comfortable and reasonably priced!」

「The property is under construction and I think for the sake of transparency it should be on the website, they front desk staff (Josh) was really nice and when anything was needed they got it and brought it up to our room. They did have buffet breakfast but we didn’t eat there due to construction… The facility was clean when you enter the establishment but the hallways where the rooms are were under construction so plastic on the grounds and work equipment in other places… the people that stayed...
