「We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! 」

「Comfy and cute. Appreciated the snacks and water and fresh cut flowers. Extra blankets, pillows, and towels easy to find. Good communication with Fatima. I will echo what others have said about the shower as I was glad someone had previously reviewed and mentioned it so I could make my own decision- it is about 18-24 inches down without a safe way to step in and a large picture window which is uncovered. 「This house had everything we needed! Kids were so excited about all the fun toys included. I was excited it had 2 sets of washers and dryers. Easiest checkin and checkout! Very close to beach!」

「We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable.」

There was plenty of room for our large party to stay and enjoy ourselves.The house itself is a bit older, but it is clean and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our stay. 「Seaside Paradise was a great location for our 2024 Family Thanksgiving holiday weekend! The sunsets, the ocean and park was awesome having everything so close to enjoy. The kitchen is in need of some love. They have a broken built in microwave above the small oven and you don’t know it’s broken until you open it. They have a working counter microwave. The house didn’t appear to have been cleaned before we arrived and the master bedroom is an open aired loft style. The master has Great views...
