"March 2026: This is a newly remodeled and beautifully decorated home in the center of Darby. It provided our group with a short drive to ski at Lost Trail, followed up with a well-appointed kitchen to cook our meals. I would highly recommend this home as a great place to use for a home base while you explore Southwest Montana. "

"Dead bugs all throughout the place and live bugs faucet was broken the owner would come upstairs after we left todo our day trips and walk thro our rented space and look thro our suitcases and totes if any one would like pics or the videos contact me "

"We’ve now stayed in both cabins, and they are both amazing! The Bitterroot Cabin accommodated four of us perfectly. We all had room to roam & early risers on either floor didn’t disturb anyone. Comfy beds, amazing showers, laundry facilities, a kick-butt hot tub, deck overlooking the Bitterroots, & authentic decor. The kitchen had all the cooking gear we needed, and John made sure we had plenty of propane for the bbq (which we used every night). And then there’s the views-Bitterroot Mountains, wildlife, stars, weather, you name it. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you so much, John & Jani for sharing your property with us. "
