Despite of asking about clearing blocked drains, no one came to fix.So we asked again but ignored. Also we spent 7 nights, they cleaned our room only twice, we had to ask new mugs ,bowls and new towels. Excellent location. Friendly stuff.

"Good stay at an affordable price but definitely had a motel smell. There are mosquitos at night. I got bitten 17 times within 30 mins and some of them do go into the room."

Only slept there. Bed was comfortable
"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"
