"Check in process was very easy.. Owner was very welcoming. Owner kept in touch via text throughout our stay to check everything was OK. Beautiful property. Very clean and lots of home comforts. Huge secure garden for dogs and the games room was an added bonus. We spent most of our nights in there and it was brilliant! Well worth a booking for a big group of people."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"The apartment was great. We loved the location. It is within walking distance of most of the main sites and train station. The hosts were great and we had a nice welcome basket. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Edinburgh"

"We had a great time staying in the cottage at greenknowes farm. The location is perfect worth easy access to the motorway and gshort drive out to Dunfermline and Edinburgh. The cottage itself is so peaceful and private, with a cosy interior and very comfortable beds."

"The Hoxton is an excellent value and very comfortable stay. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very welcoming place to be. Walkable to tram station, Dean village, old town, and new town. The pillows and bed were so comfortable…. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Fantastic location walkable to all the major sites. Staff is amazing as is everybody in Scotland. Room had a king size bed and fantastic bedding, but the room was a bit small. We stayed on the ninth floor one below the top and could hear when people flushed the toilet above us with the water running through the pipes. So I would request a room on the top floor. Eat their restaurant, and that two was phenomenal and reasonably priced."

"Excellent location close to everything, including plenty of cafes, restaurants and small shops. Quiet room, with a couple of small glitches. I found the pillows too hard, and this would be a tough bathroom for two people to share. There wasn’t anywhere to hang a hand towel and not enough shelf space for two. But I’d go back. "
