「Wonderfull place to be at a perfect location!」

「Grei beliggenhet. Kort vei til sentrum. Mange hyggelige spisemuligheter i nærheten. Litt trafikkstøy. Negativt: som ubetjent hotell bør utgangsdøren automatisk låses (var stort sett ulåst). Terrassedør og baderomsdør ikke mulig å låse/lukke. Gulvlaminat gikk fra hverandre.」

「Posizione buona se si è al nord... Casetta vista mare che è la cosa più bella... Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti bar e supermercato, in cui vengono anche le persone dei paesi vicini. La host super gentile e disponibile 👍 Pulizia nella media, qualche asciugamano in più e carta igienica in più sarebbe meglio. Peccato che non c'è un terrazzino negli appartamenti 2-3.. 「We are a self catering couple who like to cook at home, go out for good coffee and hike in nature. Fuchal gave us a great base for all of this. Lovely condo, the kitchen is functional with everything you need to cook at home, and when they renovate later this year that will be the final touch on this lovely condo.」

We have received a phone number, which we should contact as soon as we land because of the suitcases. Unfortunately, no one was available there and also was not answered to our message. 「The location is probably the only thing that is worth mentioning. The building is very old and everything is the department is poorly maintained. There a a few restaurants right underneath and you will be bathed with cooking smells pretty much 24x7 (we were on the 6th floor and can’t imaging how much worse on lower floors). Parking is ridiculous and you need a lot of help from your friends to get in and out. 」

「The apartment was dated with old furniture and all of the same complaints (in the onsite book) as were noted in 2018! The shower leaked, the bathroom door is sticky and you have to call the company to meet you at the apartment to get in. There was no lock box. We saw a friend's apartment close by which was the same price and it was beautiful. When we had an issue and called and emailed the company OVER 10 times, there was no response for over 24 hours! 「Just skip this place, not worth it. Joao is not an unfriendly guy on the phone and he's flexible, but the place is damp and dirty. Not enough bedlinen and towels provided, took two days to deliver. Entry of property hard to find. WiFi only in one spot on the property (the shared activity room) for one device at a time. Frogs singing all night in a pond on the property, loudly (I liked it, but can be annoying). The jacuzzi is empty and dirty. Madeira is amazing though, absolutely go there. Nice...

「Hébergement très moyen, surtout le 104 qui ressemble plus à une cave et avec un accès difficile, pas d'ustensiles de cuisine, 2 fourchettes et 1 couteau. Draps ne couvrant pas le matelas, douche à l'eau presque froide, pas de TV, hébergeur arrangeant heureusement et femme de ménage très sympa」
