"Where do I begin.. we got in late after a long drive, walked into our room and went to open the fridge door and before I could even open the fridge a roach ran out from underneath. That was upon entering the room. The next day we are gone the entire day 7 am-6 pm and come back to the room just to find that housekeeping had not been in there yet. Had the clean room button on even. We called down right away and told them no wonder they have roaches if they don’t even bother coming into the room to empty the garbage (we had ordered food) and they didn’t seem very apologetic, just acted like it was normal. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. The only positive about our stay was that the shower was spacious."

"The room was clean it is pet friendly soo you well hear a few animals at night/day time the staff that checked me in was lovely how ever I did called the night before my check in day and the gentleman that answered the phone was horrible he needs to be retrained in customer serves"
