"This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. "

"Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it. Never again. "
"Overall, this is a very neat place. The room was comfortable and the hot tub idea is pretty cool! I was a bit disappointed when we when to use the plates only to find them dirty. Not dusty dirty, but clearly not washed. I would also suggest doing something about the entrance door squeak. Otherwise 4/5. "
"This was not a great place to stay, I like the old renovated places but this one just really wasn’t.
The noise traveled through the walls and floors, kept us up all night while we were there.
There just wasn’t any staff around when you needed them, you had to call them.
I just wouldn’t recommend them."
"This is a great place to stay. It has a nice deck overlooking the river. The beds were comfortable and easily hosts 6-8 adults. Perfect for families with a game room in the basement. Clean rooms and a great kitchen and living room space."
Rustic cabin w/ 29 acres. Hot tub, wood stove, nature trails, pet friendly &more
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation at SUNY Oswego. The place was more than I expected. They allowed pets - which was important as my dad had no one to watch his pup. They had a large enough space if we had a large group to eat both inside and out. A beautiful porch. The grounds were so serene. It had a Yoga deck!!!! Definitely used the hot tub! And the host was so easy to reach both before booking and during the stay. 10/10 recommend. The only downside is we didn’t spend as much time there as I would have enjoyed exploiting more!!!! We did watch two families if geese wander into the point and found a snapping turtle and there were various frogs that were awesome to liten to in the rain!!!"
