Private mountain getaway with huge views on 10 wooded acres! The property is nestled among mature timber, with a creek running through the backyard. Most days, you'll get to see moose :)
The main house has 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths and a loft with an office with plenty of room for a Queen sized air-mattress (provided). The garage is HEATED and there are 2 additional bedrooms - no bathroom in the garage - so we call it the bunk room.
We have 9 total beds, a Queen Floor mattress, pack & play, 3 sofas, and bedding/pillows to sleep up to 20 guests (recommend 12-16 adults).
Starlink wifi, hot tub, covered deck & patio, pool table, Bluetooth Soundsystem.
Watch the sunrise over Pike's Peak, sunset over Pennsylvania Mtn, and views of the Milky Way at night :) *Be sure to turn off house lights and you'll likely see shooting stars from the hot tub or back patio!
Other things to note: Must have AWD vehicle to access the home Nov-April, no refunds given if you get stuck. Snow Tires & chains recommended - Please familiarize yourself with Mountain Driving. The home is located on a gravel county road and we can not guarantee how often it is plowed. The driveway is plowed after 6" accumulation overnight.
Pet fee of $150 applied for up to 2 pets/stay. Additional pets must be approved.
