This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the place to be if you are interested in boating, kayaking or just relaxing on the river. We are just minutes from beautiful downtown Fairhope where you will find casual to fine dining, shopping and much more! The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is nearby for golfing or a day at the spa.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the key on the kitchen counter and notify me as you are leaving.
Please make sure all trash is in a garbage bag before putting it in the outside trash container.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages reported.
Must follow all house rules including but no limited to no smoking inside or upstairs decks and no parties, 1 pet allowed with $150 pet fee
