"The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - company policy. This is not a hotel or motel, its a dormitory."

"Fire alarm went off at 4:30 am, after evacuating told to return to room. Continued to go off 5 more times over the next several hours! Unable to get restful sleep with a very long driving journey ahead the next morning. Manager didn’t comp room or offer another stay for another time. "

"Room was clean upon arrival. Got Charged cleaning deposit but in the 2 days I was there housekeeping never came into my room. I had clean towels for the first day I was there and was not able to get another shower after that. They had unexpected deposits that should have been disclosed at time of booking. This hotel is a indigent hotel and the noise level was a problem. The hall way stunk of cigarette smoke which seeped under the door into my room. I was supposed to get $58.00 refunded to me but have not received anything."
