We like to give our guests privacy but are available if you need anything.

This property is situated in the Bayside neighborhood of Everett, Washington. Bayside is a waterfront community along Puget Sound, known for its small-town atmosphere. The area features a mix of historic homes from the early 1900s and modern residences.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the entry and exit point of our home is monitored by security device.

Noise Monitoring
We have noise monitoring in the living room. This is to ensure that the volume inside the house does not reach a level that would upset our awesome neighbors. The device can only monitor noise levels, it is not capable of recording audio.

No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM (enforced by the city).

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in additional fees.

We allow 1 small dog and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats. For service animals, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

We ask that you treat the place with respect and care so all the guests can enjoy and create loving memories, she is an old home and needs extra love!

Beautiful apartment, had everything we needed. It is listed as accommodating 6, It would be pretty tight for 6 adults. We only had 3 and we enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located to the downtown/Arena area.
