Pull out couch should be replaced. It was horrible and when requesting additional mattress or blankets was told no tge first night.and nothing they could do tge second kight

Staff was great, room was ok, not ok with not having handicapped parking available for more than one vehicle. If there was, it was very hidden. There was also someone next to our room that kept letting their door slam late into the night. A continental breakfast would have been great too but otherwise ...

The Heathman Hotel
