Lobby and rooms were fantastic. Love that they have valet parking! Super convenient to the university grounds. Empty lots on both sides made it feel like it's a rough neighborhood, but it's not. Nice rooms, very clean. Pretty decent breakfast, actually had hot food. Pool was cold, I would have used it more if it was warmer. Very nice and accommodating staff. They only had streaming on the 1st two floors and they moved me into one of those rooms per my request.
