Very Good

The place was clean and very nice. The bed was a bit noisy. Not like sleeping at home, but it worked. Water pressure in the shower was extreme. Only 2 negative things I can say. Lots of stairs to get in, and the bath soap they supplied was empty. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay at.

Great place lots of steps
Great place. The only issue for us were the amount of steps getting into the home. Other than that it was a great place with great location to all activities
The house is super cute and located in a great location to walk downtown to all the shops and fun. You must be prepared to climb quite a bit of stairs to get up to the place and back down again. If you have trouble with stairs, do not rent this place! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are immaculate. We could’ve used some extra blankets as it was cold in the mornings, and there was no coffee available! That is a no-no in my books when it comes to places to stay.. Otherwise, it was a great stay in the place is adorable.

Sweet little Eureka cottage
This place is so appealing to the eye when you first pull up and does not disappoint when you get inside. The steps were a plus to me because I felt safer and more comfortable and added some privacy by not being right next to the cottage next door. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for my little family of four and the Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for meals in. Dining room table was good for the games that were available to play and the TV had Netflix, so the kids were happy. Only one TV - but another thing we were happy with and prepared for because we spent more time together that way. The only thing missing was a little better seating arrangement in the living room since it is the only TV. The chairs weren’t much for reclining but the space is small so I can see how making it cozy is difficult. Fire place was nice too since we had some cold mornings on our trip. Overall, we would happily stay here again!
The property is in the historic district, but on the far end, so it is quieter than if you stayed in middle. For me that is a plus. You walk a little further, but that is the charm of Eureka. A huge plus that the property has on-site parking. This is a rarity in Eureka. You climb stairs to get to the entry which is on a covered porch. So you are able to sit high above the street and enjoy the view. The place is charming and the beds are comfortable . An issue arose in one of the bathrooms. Communication got tangled between the app and email. Ultimately the issue was resolved. It was difficult to find check out procedures on the app, but was sent them after I requested. I think mostly these were due to the VRBO app itself, and the fact the property is managed by a company with multiple employees and I got responses from different people each attemot attempt at relaying information.Overall, I would stay here again.
The home was beautiful. Beds/mattress were loud with any moving ex. Getting into the bed. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice and clean along with living room. Would hands down recommend.
The house was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this house would be hard to access. It's about a 20 minute walk to all the downtown shopping and restaurants, but there are sidewalks, so it's not a bad walk. The house is along main, so there is a fair amount of traffic noise, but it was still quiet enough to sit out on the porch and enjoy the autumn weather.

Wonderful Getaway!
We had a great visit at NOLA on Main. Such a happy, homey place close to so much fun in town!
The property is great and close enough to the shops on main to walk. There is a trolley stop less than 100 feet away as well. The stairs are not as bad as I thought they would be after reading some other reviews. If you have knee or mobility issues, this would not be the property for you. Had a nice stay and would likely stay again if we ever needed to.
This was our 4th trip to Eureka Springs. We loved NOLA on Main. It is very clean and very comfortable (the host supplies most of what you need, and it has two en-suite bathrooms). It is also very cute inside and out, has great parking, and is only about a 15-minute walk to all the attractions on Main, Spring, and Center Streets. I highly recommend NOLA on Main unless you cannot climb stairs. It is our favorite rental place so far!
The property was nice enough. The local contact person never responded to any texted questions, so there was that. Also, the coffee cups and drinking glasses in the kitchen cabinet were covered in some sort of sticky residue, like pancake syrup. I think that was accidental, however, because the dishwasher had unused soap in the dispenser and I believe the cleaning person just did not realize it had not been started previously. At least that is one possibility. Still, a little disturbing. We still choose to give a good recomendation because the location was nice, the check in procedure was pretty seamless, and the property looked like it has been well maintained. Oh yes, if one would like to have a glass of wine while there, you will need to bring your own wine glasses. There were none.
The house was very nice and within walking distance to downtown. Location was perfect! The beds were not very comfortable, I don’t think we could have done more than a couple of nights and there was also an infection of silverfish and ants. They were everywhere. We reported it as soon as we got to the property but over the 3 days we were there, we probably killed 50.
