"Don’t be fooled.. there’s 2 levels of accommodation at this property - the rooms they advertise with lovely photos getting 10/10 reviews ( 1-24 ) and then there is THE fake room , no 25 - it is appalling and my stay has been the subject of a full refund from Expedia and a report made to council and the fire department for sub standard accommodation.. Management admitted the room isn’t legal , yet I was charged over $140 for an internal room with no external direct access , hidden in a corridor on the upstairs level. Manager should be a used car salesman for every smart answer he had to my concerns when raised. Unsafe. Unclean. Claustrophobic and fraudulent.. check the room no very carefully. There are no photos or references to this room on hotels.com or the motels own website. Expedia should do a due diligence check of the properties they onsell rooms for. Atrocious. "

"The room is situated upstairs in an enclosed corridor with no direct window or access to outside . The room is dated and musty - with a plug in air freshener which are known fire hazards - to mask the smell. It was so overwhelming I had to unplug it. The toilet room - which is separate to the shower room at other end of room - was not clean. The hairdryer provided was covered in a sticky substance and unusable. Gross. The bed had zero support and the pillows need to be replaced . I highly doubt this room is legal. It was claustrophobic and required the air con to be running all night as there was no way to lick the window / no security screen and fronting shared internal corridor - There is no ability to lock the door internally - assuming the door locks automatically is not ok. A woeful and incredibly stressful overnight stay. "

"Lovely little country cottage if you want a stay in the middle of nowhere but 10 mins to the coffee shop!. Bath is a highlight and get you pool chair and sit out under the stars! thank you Sally for the little finishing touches - little gifts and herbs. "
