This quaint and charming home is centrally located ,in the heart of downtown Eugene, Oregon. It is only a brisk walk from the eclectic Whitaker / Blair Boulevard neighborhood with its many ethnic restaurants and grocers, gourmet dining establishments and great music venues. One of Eugene's best bakeries is only a few steps away! Deliscious! The Pizza Research Institute and Papa's Soul Food Kitchen are extraordinary and Sam Bond's Garage is a popular music venue for local, and not so local, artists. The house was a great size for my family, and the location is walkable to a lot Eugene has to offer. 7th is a very busy street but we didn't notice the traffic noise at night.

I loved the outdoors here. Wonderful gardens in the front. Cutesy back, high fenced area for sitting, game playing.Host was easy to getahold of and very quick response time. She really cares that you have a good time.

Beautiful house

We loved staying at this gorgeous and comfortable house. It had so many sweet touches. The beds were comfortable and it had great common spaces to hang out. We would definitely rent again.

This charming house is deceptively roomy, has comfortable seating and beds and literally has everything you could possible need. I have never stayed in a rental with more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room than this place! If I'm in Eugene again, I would definitely want to stay here!

Its a well maintained older house. cute, neighborhood is OK. it was clean and well stocked.The second bathroom shower was in a tub, which doesn't work for old knees very well. there was another walk in so that worked.

Lovely older house with very nice vintage decor. Kitchen is very well prepared for any amount of cooking. Lovely bedrooms. Bathroom has nice shower. We didn’t use the back yard, but it is lovely. Yard is very well kept. We are accustomed to quiet, so it was a little busier than we are used to having, but that is about us. Very comfortable stay.

The home was as pictured and described. The bed was relatively comfortable, though I prefer a firmer mattress. I really liked the sitting room to the rear of the home. The living room was comfortable and had plenty of seating for relaxing. And though we did not cook while we were there, the kitchen was well stocked for those who chose to do so. There were several cafes and a bakery in walking distance as well. There was plenty of parking on the street, just be mindful not to leave anything in the car. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to sleep in the room on the lower level, as you can hear outside noise from foot traffic in the alley adjacent to the home from the other rooms.
