It was a nice stay and the front desk person was great. We didnt have anyone come clean the room and we barely had hair shampoo and conditioner from before we checked in. But overall the place was great just make sure to ask the front desk people for those thing. Beautiful place.

Very nice hotel! S'mores available upon arrival was a fun treat! We didn't have time to sit at the bar, but it looked like it was a fun place for a drink to unwind. The outside sitting areas also looked very relaxing. We were in and out pretty quick, so we didn't enjoy the grounds much, but they looked very inviting! The room seemed newly renovated and was clean and comfortable. Will stay again!

Nice spot, didn’t like how the shower didn’t have a curtain or door. Walls are paper thin could hear the people staying next door. It was very loud being on the ground floor we could hear every step the people took above us. Which wasn’t ideal because we were to bed early and woke up early to hike. But nice spot to stay a couple nights at an affordable rate.

Not fancy but updated and clean. We liked being able to walk to downtown Estes Park for morning coffee and dinners. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Convenient parking included. One negative was that the restaurant and bar was closed the 3 days of the week that we were there.

I've been to Estes many times, my first time here. I booked last minute and got lucky on such a Great place. Nice pool. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great for families. And food was surprisingly great. I wouldn't have expected food this good at a place like this, so glad I tried a new place. A great vibe start to finish and staff that really makes you feel welcome.

Loved the fire pit, and watching the elk herds. Room floors could've been cleaner. Bedding was clean. No hand soap in the bathroom. AC was already switched to heat for the season, so room was hot. Had to sleep with window open, which wasn't ideal because Highway 36 is right off the parking lot. Window screens were dirty/cob webs. Restaraunt was closed for a private event on the day we arrived, which was a bummer. The event took up parking for tenants.

Pros- The location is great for walking into town and the lobby is modern and appealing. Very cool watching elk pass by from the patio. Cons - The room smelt like an airplane bathroom and was not very clean. Has some modern updates but overall has a very old feel. Literally had someone walk into our room this morning while we were in there - would like to assume it was someone from the hotel staff with a key, but either way it made us very uncomfortable.
