Condo was wonderful with master on first floor and loft above, was warm when we checked in but opened all the windows and was fine, everything we needed to prepare dinner was in the small kitchen. Host was very nice.

The unit was great for our party of 3. The location can’t be beat for access to RMNP. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and snacks. Loved the hot tub (community but no one else was ever there) and the balcony is wonderful for watching the river and the mountains across the road. I will note that in mid June, with all of the blinds drawn, the house reached 81-82 degrees on 2 or 3 days, and did not cool down until at least 9:00 at night. If this is an issue, then you may wish to rent a unit with air conditioning.

Cozy and comfortable unit with beautiful mountain views. Check in was a breeze. The unit was ready early and they called me to let me know, which I appreciated. The king mattress was comfortable. The queen beds in the loft were hard, but OK for our teens. The weather was pretty warm while we were there, so really appreciated the fans provided. We ran those plus the two we brought to keep the unit comfortable. Location is great and the kids loved the green space in front of the unit for playing games.

Beautiful and quiet! Close to State Park

Very nice, quiet and beautiful condo! Loved the river running thru the property and sitting on the deck! Close to the State Park and short drive into Este Park. Very nice place to stay!

Great place to stay for peace and access to RMNP.

Place was great for our family. Relaxing space and close to town. Road construction while we were there added delays but being stuck in traffic in the mountains next to a river is still a pretty great place.

Vacation at Estes Park

Great getaway!

The condo was clean and the location was very nice, situated along Fall River between town and the National Park. We enjoyed the views, sitting on the deck overlooking the river, and seeing the elk that came along the river most afternoons. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

In the area for a wedding at Della Terra

This location was absolutely perfect. My family of four traveled to Estes Park for a wedding at Della Terra. The venue was within a 4 minute drive. It made the location perfect. We loved how quiet the location was. The finishes in this unit were awesome!

Perfect Getaway Condo

The location was amazing, with mountain views and the river right beside the property. While it was both close to town and the RMNP it was isolated and peaceful. The Condo was clean and very nicely decorated. A very important bit of info for anyone reading this review. The King bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hop to return.

Condo was nice and clean. Deck was nice. Promiximity to park and town was nice also. My only disappointments were that the outside night lights of the condo shined into the bedroom at night with shades frawn and I wish the condo itslef was located farther off the main road. Also it was a tigh fit for a family of 4 to watch the football game in the living room, might consider a love seat instead of chairs? Overall, very nice home, thank you.

Great mountain getaway

Amazing location right next to Fall River you can see and hear the river from the balcony and hot tub.. there's picnic tables and chairs by the river fishing is good caught two 🐟 the condo is very cozy updated and clean very important to me.. we enjoyed our stay can't wait to go back!!
