Hotel staff were super sweet and the room was quiet and very well lit, air conditioned and clean. "Pleasantly surprised given the negative reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great reception and concierge, very helpful. Despite what some people say the restaurant served high quality food for both breakfast and dinner. The service was quick and attentive without being too on your face. Every member of staff we met were friendly. Our room no 2 was well positioned for the pool, bar and restaurant. The icing on the cake are the views which are spectacular. Easily the best hotel of our Costa Rica tour. "

"Initially we had an issue . The staff was great (Isaac) is the man! Beautiful location and great place ! Even if you don’t play golf . Gotta take their golf course tour . Plenty to see and the guide was fantastic . The excursions we set up were awesome and better than expected . Everyone we encountered was top notch!"
