This elegant apartment is carefully decorated to provide a stay of peace and harmony. It is available to receive up to 4 guests. The property is located on the ground floor and is distributed as follows:
> Kitchen: with ample counter space. It has an oven, refrigerator, electric water heater, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all the utensils you need to cook during your stay.
> Living Room: Decorated in white and grey tones, the living room is composed of a wooden table for 6 people and a large corner sofa with Smart TV. From here you can access the terrace.
> Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage space, and an ensuite bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and the third a double bed. They have lockers to be able to unpack your belongings.
> Bathrooms: One in beige tones and the other in a beautiful white, both have a toilet and sink. They have a shower and a bathtub respectively.
> Terrace: Beautiful covered terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and the urbanization. If you want to relax, we offer a set of outdoor armchairs overlooking the beautiful garden of the urbanization.
Other amenities included during the stay are central AC hot/cold, washing machine, WiFi, communal parking, communal swimming pool (open some months a year - we suggest checking availability before booking). Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates.
Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
