Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

Front desk service was very good but otherwise hotel staff was not helpful or accommodating and rude. Rooms were large. Car arranged by hotel was bad…door fell off and wouldn’t go back on.

Location was great and apartment was roomy and clean. A lot of stairs to get to it which wasn't great. Also no instructions on who or how to contact someone if there's a problem . Message sent through expedia was not answered.
