Front desk was very friendly and accommodating , friendly staff however some staff was not good at giving directions. So we were unable to get a full experience of the Amenities . Overall loved the property . And the view of the upgraded rooms we got family enjoyed our stay.

Terrible! Room smells old and moldy, disgusting. Towels are old yellowed and dirty. Air conditioner doesn't work. Shower head is low, you have to bend down to shower (I'm 5"5). Shower head and water drain was rusted and has mold, handle was falling apart. Very low water pressure and water is not ...

La Jolla Shores Hotel
View of the ocean was amazing! Disappointed that pool and hot tub area was closed due to construction—was not aware when booking and not notified upon checking in. We could hear noise from rooms above us and when anyone was walking by our door. Area around hotel was fantastic.
