la chambre a été payé directement sur le site, malheureusement à la réception...la personne n'était pas au courant, même en montrant le justificatif... elle ne voulait rien savoir...la personne qui y séjournait a été obligée de m'appeler pour que je fasse quelque chose... le numéro de téléphone n'est pas celui de l'hotel mais d'une agence de voyage qui s'occupe de plusieurs hôtels...

Normal hotel.

Many insects such like ant and mosquito. No english is available. No convinient facilities near hotel but close to Oran airport. Air conditioner is so weak. But you can enjoy nice BBQ at garden restaurant of Hotel.

Já tinha ficado neste hotel antes e tinha ficado razoavelmente satisfeito. Desta vez, eu e os meus três colegas de trabalho verificámos que o nível de higiene no quarto e WC deixou muito a desejar, pó por todo o lado, colchão e roupa da cama que já deveriam ter sido subtituídos há anos, e o pior foi que ninguém conseguiu dormir até cerca das 4 horas da manhã. O hotel tem um bar na entrada frequentado por "mulheres de ocasião" e ouviram-se discussões, confusão e gritos nos corredores até de madrugada sem que o pessoal do hotel tenha conseguido resolver a situação, mesmo depois de alertado. A não repetir.
