「The staff were kind and polite, and the rooms and balconies were clean. The weather was nice, so the view from the room was amazing. I also liked the cheese and ham at breakfast. If I come to Switzerland again, I'd definitely like to stay here again.」

「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. 「We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints! It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald 」

「Great hotel in the lake side. Since the closest restaurant was about 10 minutes walk, It is difficult in rainy and windy days. If hotel provide even simple menu of dinner, it would be perfect. We saw the group people enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. I did not feel good about it. 」
