「This is a very nice resort and the spa area is excellent. Also the suites on the new building are really nice and comfortable however, there are a lot of minus point that I never saw before: 1. Half Board: if you are looking into breakfast and dinner, please take into account that the buffet is getting smaller and smaller, they do not replace the food, they simply downsize the buffet, I never saw this before but the difference between 8:30 am and 9:30 is Terrible! also during dinner, make sure...

「Excelente quarto!!! Muito novo!!!」

「Rent værelse, lækker sauna, meget hjælpsomt personale og top-beliggenhed」

「The room was large and clean, with excellent bed linen and pillows. Upon request a coffee machine (using ese pods) was brought to the room, free of charge. The spa facilities are extensive, very well maintained and clean. The 20m outdoor lap pool is amazing, and a good temperature to actually do some proper swimming. Dinner was consistently excellent, as was the service. The only negative I can think of is that smoking is allowed anywhere on the terrace - I realise this is still (unfortunately)...

「Meget høj value for money!」

「Great hotel with excellent amenities and an amazing breakfast, but the amenities like spa, sauna, pool, open too late and close too early!」

「Nice welcome. Easy and wonderfully clean.」

「Dit was onze tweede keer in dit hotel. En het blijft een vaste waarde. Alles was prima. Wij zullen zeker terug komen.」

「Perfekt」

「The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
