Very good staff, 5 minus 4 star location (it's in the center of the old.ciry but on a very jammed road where drivers press the horns non stop). Our room was small and the toilet stink but neither of these were untolerable. Location was the most important part about it for me so we didn't care much. But I don't think the hotel warrants the price it is charging. A week prior we stayed at Crowne Plaza Florya, and our room, hotel amenities were excellent for the same price.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.
