We stayed there for 6 nights with our 2 young kids. On first night we heard loud music coming from outside, we spoke to the receptionist who informed us that they do not have any rooms available to shift us and also told us that the music plays every night until 05am. We found it really difficult to sleep, luckily ear plugs came into good use. The room was front facing (road) side we were told it was our choice of booking but we didnot know this at the time of booking. I requested for refund or to be shifted to another hotel because we booked through an App , they were not able to do this and just told us that the booking was non refundable. Horrible stay, rooms and gacilities were very outdated but functional. NoT recommedn this hotel to anyone

I stayed alone while I had internal throat surgery. The hotel (all the staff) were amazing and attentive. Even the room service man knew me and asked me how I was feeling everyday. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony was ideal for resting in my room and the AC worked! So important after an operation. The food was always good. And! I ate there everyday. I would absolutely stay again. I had a moment when I cried with concierge because it hurt to talk and she was so gracious and kind and helped me with what I needed. Thank-you Fairmont Quasar staff for your kindness and attention!

The hotel is beautiful. The location, in quiet Istinye Sariyer right on the water, is beautiful. If you have business or family in the area this is a beautiful hotel choice. Expect gorgeous accommodations without the crowds, but also without staff-there is no concierge. I just stayed for a week in August and there was no helpful staff. The front desk staff will not know you or be helpful. The rooms are very clean and the food is excellent…behind the scenes the staff works hard. It is the front of house staff that this hotel lacks, so be prepared if you do not speak Turkish.

The best hospitality I’ve have ever experienced. Yasin and Kentucky were amazing. They went above and beyond for us. First time in Istanbul and I highly recommend this hotel only because of the staff. The rooms needs a little bit renovation. Everything else the view from the ninth floor is amazing. Highly recommend recommended.
