The new, custom outdoor screened patio provides a pristine look at the scenery around you. When you find a bit of time indoors, the 4K TV is ready for all Netflix, Amazon, or other streaming services via a Roku stick. Board games and reading materials can also keep everyone busy during downtime spent indoors, especially during chilly winter evenings. When everyone builds up an appetite, the full kitchen will be more than ready for the group's chef to whip up gourmet meals in no time using the stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee station, and spacious island. Plus, everyone can keep the cooks company at the dine-in table adjacent to the kitchen. When you're ready to turn in for the night, you'll rest easy knowing the new heat pump for warmth and cooling will keep you comfortable as you drift off to sleep.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: One surveillance camera is located at the front door, pointing toward the driveway.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
