At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. "Stayed here March 1 & 2, 2026 alone and it was a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and super helpful as well, including recommending a boat tour on the Sunday I was there, which I took and loved! Close to the train station and town, alot of restaurants really close as well. View of the Rhein was very nice!"
