Enrique Tierno Galvan Park

This was an awesome location rt across the street from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. It was close to so many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing is it has a washer but no clothes dryer.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door , only the separate toilet . Not very nice when you are staying with a friend no privacy . Also supposedly the roof terrace closes at 11 pm , the times it was closed when we tried to access and it it was stil 10pm , our room was very dark . Didn’t eat at the hotel . Only ordered room service - club sandwich once it was ok not great . Staff were friendly .

Room was very clean and the service in the room was excellent - any request made was dealt with immediately. The lifts were also very good - I did not have to wait on any occasion for a lift to arrive. The hotel itself was very pretty and in a very convenient location
