Guests have full access to the entire downstairs of the home, including the private pool and all outdoor/backyard amenities.
(There is a tenant in the upstairs apartment that does use the far right side of the driveway. Up stairs tenant DOES NOT have access to any of the outdoor/backyard amenities - pool, kayak, paddle board, bar, etc., those will all be for your use.)
Boat/Trailer parking is available on-site for your convenience.
The outdoor laundry IS shared between both apartments.
