With brand new décor throughout, Flinders Haven is your premium holiday destination on the South Coast. With a private jetty you can spend your day lounging by the sparkling blue water or using our 2 stand up paddle boards, double kayak. Kick back and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and jetty from inside the dining and living areas.

Flinders Haven has a brand new kitchen and fittings along with all of the appliances you would expect in a fully functioning kitchen. We have a spacious dining and living area as well as a cosy reading or games corner fit with a pod chair and coffee table.

All the beds are brand new with high quality linen. The master bedroom has a lux king size bed and the second room has a lux queen bed. The third room has 2 single beds with a good quality pull out trundle underneath one of the beds. We also have a porta cot that can be set up for infants.

Our guests also get to enjoy 2 full size stand up paddle boards, a double kayak and a junior kayak all with life jackets. There is an outdoor setting and outdoor umbrella that can be used on the jetty so you can spend the day eating and playing on (and in!) the water. We also provide a gas BBQ for those classic barbies on a summers day.

We like to provide our guests with quality linen / bedding / bath towels included within the cleaning cost – we do this so you can just arrive and unwind. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.

Please note Flinders Haven is on a quiet residential street and we respect our neighbours. There is also a capacity 2 cars that can be at the property. There is a single car car garage and you can park another car comfortably behind on the drive way. Please don't park in one the neighbours nature strip.

Please note that life jackets must be worn while on the lake and children need to be supervised at all times. Our guests swim at their own risk.

Also note that we have no parties, pets or smoking policy. Lastly: Our cleaning fee covers both cleaning and laundering our supplied linen after your stay with us.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
