「I arrived early ahead of friends but our room was all ready and i was given a very friendly welcome. I think it was Caitlin who carried my case up to our room which was a huge suite and spotlessly clean. Plenty of complimentary teas,coffees and biscuits available in the room. A little later Cam helped my friends up to the room. Both Caitlin and Cam are a great asset to the hotel. Our lunch was excellent and we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「Friendly staff, checked in at the bar and even though it was busy the bartender was so friendly and showed us straight to the room with no wait. Comfy and well decorated room. Breakfast was great (they can do vegan if you ask and had 0 fuss). 」

「チチェスターの中心部にあって、立地条件的に便利ですが、スタッフのサービスが悪いのには驚かされました。同じ部屋に2泊したのですが、部屋の天井の電灯が点かないので替えて欲しい、ヘアドライヤーが備え付けられていないので貸して欲しい、などの注文を朝出かける前にしたときには、「わかりました。」という返事でしたが、夕方に帰ったら「申し訳ございませんが、目下、天井の電球を切らしておりまして、まだ取り替えられておりません。明日には必ず取り替えます。」とのこと。それに、部屋に入ったら、ヘアドライヤーもなく、ベッドも整えられておらず、前日使用したコーヒーカップも洗浄されておらず、タオルもそのまま、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグ、お菓子などの補充もされていませんでした。朝食だけは満足できました。」
