Apartment 'Haus Mara' with Wi-Fi

Welcome to our small, cozy vacation apartment. Despite its size, everything you need is available. As the stairs are quite steep, the apartment is only suitable for people without physical disabilities. From the living room you have direct access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the large bedroom. From there you can access the small bedroom.

You can reach a small park in 2 minutes on foot and the Emder Stadtwall in 5 minutes. The city center is also only 5 minutes away from the accommodation.

You can hire bikes/pedelecs at half price from our own bike rental service.

The ferry to the North Sea island of Borkum can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.

Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist nahe der Innenstadt. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt mit vielen Prospekten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Allerdings führt eine ziemlich steile Treppe nach oben zur Ferienwohnung.Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterbringung.

Zum Schlafen ok, aber die Ausstattung muss überarbeitet werden!

Der Empfang von dem Vermieter war in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung entsprach der Ausschreibung. Leider war das Geschirr nicht ausreichend, so dass für Frühstück und Abendessen nur ein Brettchen und auch keine Kuchenteller vorhanden waren. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher waren defekt, wurden aber vom Vermieter gewechselt.Noch ein Manko war die Heizung. Wir hatten zum Glück schönes Wetter, aber wenn man die Heizung aufgedreht hat, fing sie an laut zu rattern, wie bei einer Waschmaschine die schleudert.Zum schlafen ist die FW okay, ratsam ist noch zu vermerken, dass die Treppe zu FW sehr steil ist.

Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Gut zum übernachten.

Pros: Gute Möglichkeiten zum Ausleih von Fahrrädern. Gute Informationen für Unternehmungen. Stadt Emden und Umgebung sind toll. Cons: WLAN war schlecht.
