"Staff was nice. The bed was crazy to high. There were not enough pillows to sit up in bed and watch TV give the headboard in the room. Either find a different headboard or add pillows. The floor in the bathroom was cold and there was only one floor towel. Add one for in front of the toilet. The shrubbery was too far into the path to the room to make it reasonable to get to the room without walking in the garden. There was a garbage can in the corner of the parking lot that made it hard to park and even harder to get stuff past my car into my room. I had to lift a heavy bag and cooler over the can just to get my stuff to the room. It should be moved to the fence. Lastly, I thought the bed was soft. "

"While the room was outstanding, issues with our access cards hampered our stay. Our first full day, our access cards stopped working. A quick trip to the front desk with a polite apology, we were back in business. It happened again yesterday and another trip to the front desk was not as welcoming. The woman that helped us was cold and indifferent, almost bordering on rude with a condescending attitude towards our plight despite the fact she was the one that checked us in in Friday afternoon. Aside from that, our stay was delightful. We're pleased that the new ownership is investing in much needed repairs to the building and we cannot wait for the finished product. We'll be back but some of the staff needs a brush up on their customer service skills."

"Room had a great view of the ocean and the beach was very easy to access. The place was very clean and curated very nicely. I will be coming back to this property for my future stay at SeaSide! "

"For the price of the rooms, I expected better. Bed mattresses old and very uncomfortable, same with furinture. Ownership needs to do better at this location. Staff was good and antentive. "

"Overall, a good experience. The location was great as far as being able to walk to all the places we needed to go. The staff was friendly and the river view was nice. The breakfast was okay. The spa was not available and the pillows were tiny squares. Our kids liked the cookies daily."

"The ocean view was awesome, and we loved the room! Two things to let you know about: 1. We turned on the fireplace, but the flame was (we think) blown out by the breeze down the exhaust pipe. We smelled the gas and turned it off. The fireplace should be double-checked for safety. 2. The mattress might need replacing. There was a substantial "dip" on my side that made it a little challenging to sleep. However, maybe it's just me. Thahks again!"
