This beautiful villa located in Els Poblets has a capacity for 4 people and 2 bedrooms.
It has wifi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private pool and private garden, and covered parking in the same accommodation.
From the spacious living/dining room, you can access the pool area, which is very pleasant, surrounded by grass and other plants. Also featuring a barbecue.
The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay perfect. Ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, and toaster.
The first room consists of two 90 cm beds, and the second room has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom.
It is located 1 km from Almadrava Beach, 1 km from the city of "El Vergel", 900 m from the Lidl supermarket and is situated in a residential area.

Location très agréable, au calme, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Et une magnifique piscine. Sans oublier l’agence qui a géré la location. Très sympathique et très réactive.

The villa was exactly like the pictures show. It was very clean and the kitchen and bedroom equipment was high quality. The service from Carlosferien was outstanding. There was a problem with the washing machine and Carlosferien arranged repair next day and in the meantime offered to do our laundry. The location is nice and quiet. We had a top stay at Els Poblets.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr stil- und geschmacksvoll. Die gesamte Elektrik hat funktioniert, es gab ausreichend Steckdosen an den gewünschten Stellen. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig gewesen. Alle Fenster und Türen sind vergittert, ein sehr guter Einbruchsschutz, der uns Sicherheit vermittelte. Pool- und Gartenservice waren während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut und unauffällig. Die Reinigung und Desinfektion des Hauses wegen Corona waren sehr gut umgesetzt. Wir hätten uns eine Möglichkeit gewünscht, die Terassentür von aussen schließen zu können (z. B. kleiner Knauf im Holzrahmen). Für einen Stechmückenschutz leider unumgänglich.

La maison est conforme à la description. Très jolie piscine et quartier calme et agréable. La maison est très bien équipée avec la présence de la climatisation. Seul petit bémol il manquait la présence d’un micro onde dans la cuisine mais ce n’est qu’un détail. En conclusion : nous sommes ravis du séjour passé à Els Poblets.
