"Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean, in a great location close to the Falls, and the staff was very friendly. A few things to keep in mind before booking: there is no complimentary breakfast, and the Starbucks in the hotel is quite expensive. It would have been nice if the hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning. The pool is fantastic—honestly one of the best hotel pools we’ve experienced. However, the hotel charges a $10 per night resort fee, which essentially covers pool access, so be sure to take advantage of it if you’re paying for it. Parking is an additional $20 per night, which seemed reasonable compared to the resort fee. The biggest disappointment was our room view. We looked out over a rooftop filled with machinery and vents. I realize every hotel has rooms with less desirable views, but ours certainly wasn’t pleasant. One highlight was the Rainforest Cafe located in the hotel. Dinner was excellent, and if you’re traveling with kids, I highly recommend eating there. Despite a few drawbacks, I would stay here again because of the convenient location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and amazing pool. Just be sure to use the pool so you get your money’s worth."

"The pool was clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great. That being said it wasn't the cleanest. The hallways were not regulary mopped and there were definitely some dirty spots in our room. I would say it's slightly less nice than a hampton inn and suites but it was definetly worth it for tbr price."

"Pool and courtyard were amazing! Love the tropical/resort feeling. The water fountain in the front lobby was aesthetically pleasing. The entire bathroom and bedroom were very outdated. The drain in the bathroom was not functioning neither was one of the reading lamps at the bedside. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay."

"The place is a bit dated and needs some TLC, but for a place to crash for a night… THIS time it was quiet, the linens were clean, and the shower had both good pressure & temperature. Minor snafu during check in when they clearly gave me the wrong room, but it was remedied straight away. No frills but no worries… it is what it is and the location is pretty convenient. Better experience than my first stay there a year or so prior anyway!"
