I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. "Nice light and airy room, location perfect, staff very pleasant, hairdryer didn’t work so they replaced immediately. Someone had their tv on all night next door which wasn’t the hotel’s fault obviously, but slightly annoying, could hear through wall. Breakfast was pleasant but very limited without paying extra. Overall, the hotel was great for our one night stay in central Canterbury."
