Here you’ll stay in a quiet and sunny part of town, just 300 meters from a lovely sandy beach and wonderful swimming opportunities in the sea. The house is surrounded by blooming flower beds, cliffs, and a lush garden – a perfect place for relaxation, socializing, and creating summer memories.



The holiday home is 124 m² and accommodates up to 9 guests across three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) and a single bed (80 cm), another has a double bed (180 cm), and the guest house offers an additional bed (160 cm). Two extra foldable beds are also available for added flexibility.



Inside, you’ll find spacious and bright living areas in a cozy and welcoming home. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The living and dining area offer views of nature, a TV, and fiber internet. There are two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub – as well as a washing machine.



Outdoors, several seating areas are available, both covered and on the large terrace. The lush plot is beautifully nestled in rocky surroundings with plenty of space for both play and rest. Parking is available on the property for up to three cars.



Access to a sauna is offered via membership in the local jetty association, located at the main beach. There you'll also find piers, a diving tower, trampoline, beach huts, and a fantastic swimming environment – perfect for all ages!



Things to do in Ellös and nearby:

From the house, it’s a short walk to beaches, cliffs, and piers – a paradise for both children and adults. The area offers great fishing, scenic coastal walks, and beautiful nature. In Ellös, you’ll find a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. For day trips, Henån and Mollösund are close by. Discover Bohuslän’s charming coastal villages, hike in nature reserves, visit Pilane sculpture park, or take a boat trip in the archipelago.



Good to know:

• A deposit of SEK 2500 is required on arrival. It will be refunded approximately one week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: SEK 190/person and SEK 60/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the rent. Guests are responsible for cleaning themselves, and all cleaning supplies are available in the house. In some cases, final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee, please see the house guest folder for more information.

• Electricity is charged at 3.5 SEK per kWh during the period October 1–April 30. During the rest of the year, electricity is included in the rent.

• Please note: During low season, kindly inform us in advance if you intend to use the guest cottage, so that the owner has the opportunity to heat it up well before your arrival.

• Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the house. The nearest charging station is located at Hemköp in Ellös (approx. 1.3 km).

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups and parties are not allowed.
