Welcome to the Cottage, great home all to yourself in a very nice neighbourhood minutes from downtown.

*UPDATE! I had a bad experience with a cleaning service not doing their job correctly.
Resulting in some mediocre reviews.
New cleaner has been hired and home has been updated. Thank you

Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.
I have had guests stay for a month up to over a year.
New queen size firm mattress , bathroom has a bathtub with great ventilation.
washer and dryer and detergents equipped.
smart tv, high speed internet also heat and ac unit.
New couch, new paint, new linens.
Front yard is excellent, great maintained lawn with a outdoor fireplace, lounge chairs and charcoal BBQ.
Few Blocks away from KVH hospital.
Always wiling to Negotiate great deal for mid & long term stays.

Cottage Review

Great for a single traveler that needs 1-2 nights stay. Bed is uncomfortable for 2, but doable. The outside area is the best feature of this place. The inside needs some updating of furniture and kitchen items. Not real comfortable to sit and stay inside. No where to hang clothes, just some hooks. The location is walkable to downtown restaurants. There is a school on the backside, so during school year, expect to hear children playing outside.

Lovely stay in Ellensburg

Wonderful stay. I was there for 14 days. I opened the door to a clean, well kept, very nicely furnished bungalow. Well equipped and modern kitchen and with stacking washer and dryer. Appliances looked new. Bed was quite comfortable and when the shades are up the windows let in all the sunlight. Couch was comfy a great place to watch TV or read the books the owner supplied. Grocery store and others within walking distance. Although small private grammar school is across the street in the back I never heard any bells and noises coming from there. Communicating with owner was responsive and easy. I felt comfortable and safe while I was there I’m a female in my 70’s and traveling alone. I would definitely stay here again. Well appointed but could use some updating in pots/pans and mattress. It is small but had everything we needed. We stayed for a full month and it worked for a couple. Very conveniently located to downtown. Front yard feels private. Would recommend.
