The location was excellent for our trip. It's just outside of Elkins, so a convenient distance from any services while still being in nature. Visiting Blackwater Falls and accessing the national forest were both within reasonable driving times.The kitchen was pretty well stocked and the items were in good condition.

Room was just as pictured and described on line. Everything was clean and room was well stocked with everything I needed. Owners were in constant contact to make sure I didn't need anything. Great Wi-Fi service in room. Close to Elkins but far enough away to be in the country. For those that like to fish you can walk to a great trout stream which is just over the bank from your room. You are just down the hollow from the Bowden Trout Hatchery. Great place to stop by for the kids and kids at heart. I spent most of my stay fishing multiple trout streams each day. My room was a great central location to get me to the various streams. Lodge is pet friendly and had a bed for your dog and treats as well. Didn't have a pet but I thought that it was nice for them to be ready to host your dog. A for my total experience. Would return without thinking about. Thank you for a great experience.
