「The mattress was sagging giving me a backache when I woke up. The towels has streaks of black dirt looks like it has not been completely washed, no Kleenex , I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose . One tiny shampoo , 1 tiny soap for 2 people to share , so I opted not to shampoo my hair . It was disappointing!!! Will not booked ever again in Red Roof Inn. This will be my first and last . 」
