I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide towels! - Minimal bedding: one thin duvet. I was so cold I slept in my jacket. (Outside temp was about 9C. on April 29) - Mop left in shower. Shower has mold. - Confirmation email says "Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival." No such request was received. - The house number was not included in the directions. - The first time I called the phone number for the hotel it went to voice mail. To be fair, after that I did get an answer as to the location of the hotel and then text communication."

"Anita is lovely and very welcoming. The suite was clean and well equipped. We found the bed very comfortable. The stairs to the suite are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues."

"Sue & Manny were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. I loved how they decorated the Rustic Barn for Christmas - made me feel like I was home when I couldn’t be during this time of year. They even went above and beyond with my dogs and would bring them up to play with their dogs - my dogs always wanted to go upstairs when we’d go for a walk when I got home from work! She would keep me updated on how the were doing during the day and send pictures - it was a real family feel! I am so grateful to have found the Rustic Barn with Sue and Manny, and for it to be my very first Vrbo experience ever! Thank you so much - we will be back!"
