"The hotel was excellent. Our stay was less than excellent as we spent time and angst re: double booking charges. We had trouble getting confirmation re booking. As we tried to get confirmation, we became double booked. We spent hours that night trying to clear that up. Expedia, hotels.com, and the hotel said the problem had to be handled by someone else? We finally cancelled one booking and were left in limbo as to charges. I will find out tomorrow about charge???"

"We had a lovely stay at the Viceroy from the moment we checked in through checkout. The staff was especially wonderful. The lounge served a wonderful dinner and dessert was decadent. We biked for three days through the mountains, down to Aspen. Especially enjoyed Woody Creek Tavern for lunch. "
