Casa San Nicolás may be the best hostal I’ve stayed in along the Camino de Santiago. The owner, Jose, is very hospitable and he and his wife have done a nice job of making the rooms comfortable while retaining the medieval charm of the building. I highly recommend staying here if you are passing through Molinaseca.

Our stay here was great. It was very clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was nice too.

Very kind staff, helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. It's 6km before arriving to Sarria on the Camino. This walk is great and peaceful because at Sarria, it gets more crowded.

Our room was huge with all amenities; the grounds were magical and the staff attentive to every need. We can't wait to return on future visits to Spain.

A small, new Hostal about a 5 minute walk from the commercial area. Room was on the smaller side but very comfortable with a nice bathroom.

Para registrar su entrada no se hace en la oficina pero en la máquina en la entrada es moderno pero con los papeles exanjero es incómodo. Cuando regresaba al hostal para devolver la llave antes 12:00h la puerta automático me impide de entrar 3 min antes, afortunadamente que una persona del hostal me ayudaba a entrar y dejar el llave

Over night stay on the way to Leon. The hotel is set in the mountains. We found it to be charming, extremely well kept, and a nice change from city based hotels. The welcome was warm and it was nice to have a beer with the locals while we watched a little soccer.

Nos sorprendió lo bueno que está el hotel. Llegamos tarde cuando casi cerraba el restaurante, la chica fue muy amable y nos atendió como reyes. Lo recomiendo 100%

Beautiful parador on the Camino de Santiago with a convenient cafe.

It was a little difficult to find if you are walking from the station. The signs were not clear. But after we found the hotel everything was good. Good location, close to a nice park and very easy the next morning to be on our way.
