The location is perfect—it's within easy walking distance of both the ferry port and the heart of town, where all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife are, yet it's just far enough away that it's peaceful and quiet at night. The air conditioning was excellent, which was an absolute necessity during the Greek summer! The complimentary breakfast each morning was also a great bonus. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. They were always available to help, whether it was organizing taxis, answering questions, or giving recommendations. The boutique hotel is clearly run by an incredibly efficient owner who is genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest has a great experience. It felt like someone was always there whenever we needed assistance. Very clean and great view. If you're looking for a charming, well-run boutique hotel in Naxos with exceptional service and a fantastic location, I highly recommend staying here. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island."
