Close to west Edmonton mall and zoo, and downtown. This beautiful home is a very large main floor bungalow with a bonus storage room in the basement. The other part of the basement has private suite with a separate guest and entrance.

The house was very roomy and clean. The baked cookies and full stocked coffee station was a nice touch. The furnishings and bedding were dated snd well used. A bit of an update on these items would have made it a 5 star experience. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to the few questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, and the garage was a great bonus. It was both kid- and pet-friendly, which made our trip so much easier. The cookies were such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated after a long drive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The host was friendly and went above and beyond. My kids were excited to see cookies in the table. The home was warm and cozy and the Christmas tree was an added touch for our holiday get-away. It was nice and close to the west Edmonton mall where we spent a lot of the time with the kids. Clean & well maintained. Thanks again for making our holiday

We (parents 1 teen) stayed for two nights in early November. The house is in a quiet residential area with quick commute to shopping. Easy to follow directions on how to enter the home/garage were sent a couple days before. We found the home spacious, clean and well stocked for meal preparation (utensils, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc). I appreciated that there was ample dishware and glassware so I wasn’t always washing dishes. Loved the gas fireplace. The beds were comfortable. The listing says sleeping for 6, but I think the double beds might be a tight fit for two people. All in all, a place we would stay at again.

Location 10 minutes from Commonwealth LawnBowling Club, host for our tournament. Very spacious space and three bedrooms were perfect for us.Host extremely responsive and helpful by allowing slightly earlier check-in.

Disappointing stay - would not recommend

Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendWe rented this VRBO to attend our son’s soccer tournament with friends, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pair of underwear on the front lawn, not exactly a welcoming first impression.What was not made clear in the listing is that there is a live-in tenant on-site with two access points into the rental space: one through a shared laundry room and the other through the backyard. This significantly impacted our privacy and comfort. There are also dining room windows that look directly into the tenant’s basement space, which he had blocked with cardboard — an unsettling detail.Several listed amenities were in poor condition or unusable. The BBQ was filthy and required pliers to turn on, the microwave didn’t work at all, and only three burners on the stove were functional. The so-called “bonus area” was essentially unusable, with old rugs thrown around haphazardly.To make matters worse, the host was completely dismissive of our concerns and unapologetic about the misrepresentation and poor condition of the home.This property needs significant maintenance and a more honest, accurate description. We expected much better, especially given the price point and the purpose of our trip.

FIRST TIMERS

This was our first time staying at an VRBO. Communication with Renee was GREAT. All of the extra amenities that were provided in addition to the basics in the kitchen, ie.. coffee, shampoos, body wash were a nice surprise. Loved the Welcome homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies. Would Love to stay there again if we go back.

Bridge accommodation while we waited for possession of our house

Excellent. The property was clean and well appointed. The chocolate chip cookies on arrival a nice touch. Our dog enjoyed the sunny back yard. I enjoyed the sunny deck for my morning coffee.
